Albert López
CEO
Albert began his career as an ERP software consultant after completing his degree in Computer Engineering. He quickly moved on to manage large-scale international projects, specializing in logistics within the automotive sector and gaining broad experience with various companies in the industry. After working at several companies, Albert joined Nifco Spain in 2011 as IT Manager. Shortly after, he took over the logistics department, leading its transformation. He was later promoted to General Manager of Operations and ultimately became General Director. Since the creation of TAG Automotive in 2021, Albert has served as CEO, tasked with consolidating the company and leading its future growth.
Mario Den Braber
CFO & General Manager of Administration
After working in the finance sector in his native Netherlands, Mario began as Finance Director at NIFCO PRODUCTS Spain in 2002. Gradually, he assumed more responsibilities and was named General Director in 2011. During this time, together with the management team, he significantly increased turnover and initiated an ambitious growth plan. Since TAG Automotive’s formation, Mario has taken on the role of CFO & General Manager of Administration.
Gregory Fierens
General Manager of Business Development
Gregory studied Electromechanical Engineering in Belgium and completed an MBA at the University of Antwerp, which included an exchange with Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. He has worked in B2B companies in plastics, automotive, and renewable energy sectors, focusing on CAD, data management, assembly lines, transportation, and OEM projects. He began as a Project Engineer, later became Project Manager, and eventually Key Account Manager. In 2022, he joined TAG Automotive as General Manager of Business Development.
Eva Flores
Head of Human Resources
Eva joined the team in 2017 as responsible for all Human Resources functions, backed by her training in Labor Relations. From the start, she excelled in managing various tasks within the department. In 2019, she took over as head of the HR area, implementing new policies and driving a significant shift in employee management. Under her leadership, the department evolved toward a more strategic approach, focused on staff well-being and development.
Javier Penelo
Plant Manager
Javier has built his entire career in operations, gaining vast experience in multinational environments and leading multicultural teams in improvement projects across plants in Asia, Europe, and America. He joined TAG (then NIFCO) to strengthen the company’s strong culture of continuous improvement. Since 2022, Javier has taken on the challenge of managing operations at one of TAG Automotive’s production centers as Plant Manager.
Sergio López
Engineering Manager
After completing his engineering studies in Cuba, Sergio began as a professor at the UCLV Faculty of Mechanics, teaching various mechanical engineering subjects for over seven years. In 2010, he joined TAG Automotive, designing automotive components in the engineering department and managing projects for various clients. In 2014, he transitioned to process engineering, eventually taking charge of process engineering and automation. At the end of 2019, he became the Engineering and Molds Workshop Manager.
Carles Ramírez
Quality Manager
Carles has spent his entire career in the automotive sector, accumulating over 18 years of experience in quality departments. He has worked as a quality engineer, SQA, customer quality manager, and, since 2005, as Quality Manager. He spent 10 years at Faurecia (welding and assemblies) and 8 years at Ricardo Prehn, Delmon Industrie Group (rubber injection). He has been with TAG Automotive since 2016.
José Mª Pérez
Production Manager
With a degree in Chemical Sciences from the University of Barcelona, specializing in materials, José began his career as an associate professor at a UPC technology center, optimizing injection processes and setting up new systems. He joined TAG Automotive in 2004 in the production area. Throughout his career at TAG, José has focused on tasks related to production, launching new projects, planning, maintenance, and process improvements. Since 2013, he has served as Production Manager.
Jordi Miranda
Smart Factory Manager
Jordi started in the plastics sector during high school and continued through university while working at Acriplas S.A., accumulating over 30 years of experience in plastic injection. At Acriplas, he held various operational roles, including production, planning, purchasing, and logistics, for more than 20 years. After Nifco acquired Acriplas in 2002, he managed these departments until 2012. From 2012 to 2019, he led a new department at TAG Automotive, focused on process engineering and automation to improve productivity. In 2019, he created a department focused on Industry 4.0, leading improvements in energy efficiency and process control, as well as investments in automation and production equipment for the factory.
