March 2024

TAG Automotive acquires the Santa Perpètua de Mogoda plant from Syncotech Innovative Solutions. With this acquisition, TAG Automotive expands its production capacity with additional injection capacity and two paint lines for surface finishes.
June 2023

TAG Automotive acquires the STP (Sociedad de Transformación de Plásticos, S.A.) brand, which specializes in polypropylene (PP) compression fittings and valves. This acquisition allows TAG to enter the water and irrigation sector, producing high-quality products with a modern, universal design
May 2022

TAG Automotive acquires the Class Plastics plant in Martorelles, formerly owned by Valeo. This acquisition represents a significant boost in production capabilities and the penetration in the industrial sector , with the sector now accounting for 15% of the company’s revenue, up from 1%.
November 2021

Taurus Group acquires NIFCO Spain, renaming the company TAG Automotive. The company is primarily focused on the injection of thermoplastic components for the automotive industry, but also begins expanding into the industrial sector.

NIFCO, a multinational Japanese automotive group, acquires the local Terrassa-based company Acriplast.
